Here is a step that helped other players wih the same issue: change the date and time of your console to "Synchronise via Internet", then clear your console's cache and restart it:
- Open System Settings on the HOME Menu
- Then select System ⇒ Formatting Options ⇒ Clear Cache.
- Select the user you'd like to clear the cache for, then follow the on-screen instructions.

I bought this game almost 2 years ago and have the same error 105-80190000 and cannot connect online to play. I tried the “fix” it didn’t work. EA games please fix this.

Are you guys still experiencing this issue? If so, are you all playing on Nintendo Switch?
We've been seeing more recent reports and hopefully we should have enough examples to raise this bug to the studio, but I want to make sure this is still happening for you.

Trash * company can’t even fix a server problem that has been going for a year. Just bought the game and have the same problem as everyone else. Just give my * money back.

My gf and I are having this issue playing online. We're long distance and being able to play this online was the sole reason we bought this. We've loved being able to play this together and it's really unfortunate that this has been an ongoing issue without resolution for over a year. Please fix this. We miss our game nights.

December 2024 - Issue still persists. This game, a Christmas present for my partner, is unplayable remotely as a result of a known issue that was not displayed or conveyed to potential purchasers of the software.
Do better.
For those looking for help, you will have only sympathy from users and nothing but wasted time from EA and their support. For those who have yet to purchase the software, do not. For those who are able to get a refund, do so.

EA_Caththis issue is still happening. We both own the game in full and are not using friend passes. We both are using Nintendo switch. We have tried all of the tips and tricks. Please fix your game or advise on how we should proceed

I just wanted to add that this isn't working for me either. I have been able to correct it by unlinking and relinking my Nintendo account to my ea account, but now there is a massive timeout preventing me from doing anything about this error. It completely blocks me and others it seems from playing. This is a great game but this is a crippling and terminal error. Please help us.
