Yes, I am having this issue.
- We are both on Nintendo Switches
- I bought the game and they are using the friend’s pass
- After a few tries, I get past the “account information has changed…” error
- When I invite them, they cannot get past that error
- We have tried all of the troubleshooting steps on this forum (and others)
Please let us know if you can help!

We are having the same problem. We deleted the cache and we still get the same system error. I’m a bit concerned that this game is a scam
