@EA_IlliumHey, can you please raise this issue to the studio? This needs to be brought to your supervisor immediately, as we are all experiencing issues playing online on the switch. I'm begging you to please do something about this!
I contacted EA support and they marked my case as "No fix available" which is unacceptable. We have paid the money and it's clear that this problem has been going on for years. It's insane that nothing is being done!
I don't know if it will work for everyone but I had the same error and I solved it after trying a few things with my friend. First we remove our primary EA accounts and created new EA accounts and linked it with the nintendo account. Then we set the time to be synchronized with the internet and cleared the cache of both switches. Then we restarted our switches. The last step was to uninstall the friend pass and reinstall it, after doing all that, it worked. I don't know exactly what in specific worked but it did after doing all those things. I would recommend doing it in that order if you guys want to try everything
