I still have the same problem, we have never been able to play the game since I bought it. some help?

I'm also still having this problem. It's incredible how long this issue has been going on and yet EA refuses to handle it. If anyone has ANY information that is helpful that isn't already on the Internet somewhere please share. For EA, do better.
