It takes two not launching

I got it takes two a long time ago on steam and i have played about 42 hours on the game. I had later uninstalled the game. Recently i wanted to play the game again, so i re-downloaded it. But now when i try to start the game, nothing happens. It dosen't give me an error. I press play, then it runs for about 2 seconds, then stops/closes. I have tried everything, like checking the integrity of the game files, updating my driver and windows verion, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but nothing works. What do i do?

    Hey @gurigut

A recent update removed the need to use the EA app in the background, and ITT became Deck Verified.

We may be running into an issue from that, Would it be possible to get a DxDiag file?

    Thanks!

Is there a way that i can privately send the Dxdiag file to you? Also, does the DxDiag file contain any sensitive information?

Hi @gurigut, If you would prefer to DM me you can, but you will need to link to DxDiag file from somewhere like G-drive (as DM's do not allow attachments), just however over my avatar and you will see the option!

Also to confirm there is no PII (Personal Identification Information) in Dxdiags, however, it allows us to see the hardware specifications, drivers, and Windows error reporting on your system to help further investigate this!
