it takes two: restricted access???

Hi I'm at my wits' end here because whenever I try to play It takes two online I get this error code (103-3f001) saying my account has been restricted.  For context; my boyfriend bought the actual g...

Hey @pookiepupsik,

Could you share a screenshot of your error code? Sometimes seeing them visually helps give a better idea of what the exact problem is.

      No worries, cheers for that! I see that you're playing on Windows, but are you starting the game via the EA app, or what launcher are you using to play It Takes Two?

        I have tried both launching it through the EA app and through the Steam app
