it takes two using geforce HELP

Hi EA, I just got this game to play with a friend and I tried EVERYTHING to play this specifically Online not Local mode.

But every time I log-in my EA Account with Steam acct connected, the game is showing up in my library. HOWEVER, I am not able to access/start the game, it's completed greyed out in my EA account, can you guys help troubleshoot this please...

It says "an incompatible version of this game is installed on your device. Uninstall the EA app version to launch?"....

I don't even have the EA app downloaded on my computer. Only Geforce using right now.

    Hello there,

Could you please let us know which game you're referring to? Also, are you trying to launch it from Steam or the EA app?

    Thanks,

  • I have exactly the same problem to launch the game "It takes two" over the Geforce Now-App on my Smart-TV. When i launch the game, i have to login to my EA-Account, then i click the "Keep me signed in"-Button, and once i'm into my EA account, this error occurs: ""An incompatible version of this game is installed on your device. Uninstall the EA app version to launch."

But, logically, i can't reinstall anything, because i'm using the current "Geforce Now"-App on my Anroid Smart TV. So, reinstall what?

    Thanks for your help
