it takes two wireless error

I'm trying to play with 2 switch, but I get an error in the message below. the multyplayer session is not avaliable.

    Hi @Jomarun To check have you tried the following steps?

    1. Check for networking issues:
    2. Manage DNS settings
    3. Try checking your account:
    4. Check for Switch System updates; 
    5. Check for power/sleep Mode issues.

    Clear Cache: 

    1. Open System Settings on the HOME Menu 

    2. Then select System ⇒ Formatting Options ⇒ Clear Cache. 

    3. Select the user you'd like to clear the cache for, then follow the on-screen instructions. 

     

    Data Corruption: 

    1. Open the System Settings from the Home menu 

    2. Go to Manage Software and select Apex Legends 

    3. Choose Check for Corrupt Data 

    4. Choose Redownload if it finds any corrupt data

The same error still occurs when you proceed with all the steps as mentioned. Is there any other solution?

    @Jomarun Have you gotten any answers? I just got the game and can’t even play it because of this error and cannot find anything that fixes it.
