It Takes Two

I downloaded Friend's pass previously and played with friends. Until then everything was fine. By the way, I have the Steam family feature and one of my members has purchased the full version of the game. Even though I am sure that the member has not opened the game, I still cannot open the non-Friend's pass version. How can I solve this problem?
