It takes two

I recently bought the game It Takes Two and have played through the opening chapter with everything fine, but I've gotten to the start of the next chapter where they are meant to jump out of the window off the binoculars. In gameplay we've seen, it is meant to cut to them landing, but instead it just shows both our characters falling in darkness indefinitely. We can move them, but it doesn't really do anything. We've tried playing that chapter from chapter selection multiple times, but it is the same no matter what. We cannot progress in the game with this issue and it is a shame in an otherwise amazing game
