Keeps Freezing on the Second Loading Screen when Launching the Game (Steam)

Question

Hello, I'm having an issue with launching Wild Hearts. Every time I launch the game it will freeze. After the first loading it'll show the logo of EA Originals and Wild Hearts, then once it shows the second loading screen it would freeze. Sometimes I will see the loading bar fill up to halfway then freeze and sometimes the bar won't fill up and it will freeze.

I verify my files, restarted the app (steam), and restart my PC, but it just keeps freezing when I reach the second loading screen.

please help? any way I can fix this?

It still doesn't work, even when offline, it's still freezing within the second loading screen.&nbsp;

@littlebrachy  Wanted to pop in and check do you have/use the Origin client or have you downloaded and signed into the newer EA App client?
