May gets stuck inside the slide ramp right after the drill on the first chapter. I've restarted multiple times but nothing seems to work. Can someone please help with this?
EA Staff (Retired)We had the same problem, right at the maybe first 3 cm of the ramp May would fall right throu. After severl tries it worked and it stoped.
But now we have the same problem with walljumoing in the clockwork level....

ANSWER TO ANSWER PLAYERS WHO ARE STUCK!
At the drill... After you are sent flying... Make sure you DOUBLE JUMP as you are about to hit the ramp. Just keep pressing A when you are about to land on it. Do it ONE CHARACTER AT A TIME. Preferably one of you who plays better.
We managed to get both characters through.
But this should still be fixed.

I have a screenshot of this glitch/bug happening to me and my girlfriend. But the file is to large for me to upload, Max is 3078K. And the screenshot is 3088K. Kinda unlucky. is there another way we can resolve the issue?
Yes, same. Me and my girlfriend have tried it several times. Exact same place as the screenshot above. Character falls through and gets stuck there. Then the only way to get out is by restarting the level.
It's been there since May, please please get the developers to fix it. It's a fun game but looks like we will have to ask for a refund, if we keep getting stuck there.
