Level 1 Bug: Stuck on Slide Ramp, Can't Advance

Am playing level 1 with my sister. At the point where you fly off the spinning drill and land on the ramp to slide down just before picking up the final spark plug, my sister experiences the same bug...

@pepperitzo Do you have a clip of screenshot of where she is getting stuck?

Yes, same. Me and my girlfriend have tried it several times. Exact same place as the screenshot above. Character falls through and gets stuck there. Then the only way to get out is by restarting the level.

It's been there since May, please please get the developers to fix it. It's a fun game but looks like we will have to ask for a refund, if we keep getting stuck there.
