lost all saved chapters after pc crash
Hello, i ve been playing the game and suddenly the friend who has the game bought pc crashed and now all of our chapters are lost, and it throwed us at the start, please fix

If the game or your save file have become corrupted we may not be able to restore progress.
First, give the following steps a try and check if your progress restores.
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.
