Lost in Random - I get an error in the launcher

I bought the game 4 days ago through Steam, and linked my Steam account to EA.

When I try to open it, I get an error in the launcher.

Procedures I have already done and did not solve the problem:
- Uninstall EA Desktop and reinstall;
- Uninstall the games and reinstall;
- I have tried installing on other disk drives;
- I have restored Windows;
- I formatted the HD before installing the games.
- I updated C++2015-2022 x86 x64
- Updated DirectX
- Updated Win10
- I cleared the EA Launcher cache
- I repaired the game and the EA launcher
- All GPU drivers Updated

All of these procedures did not work.

Whenever I finish downloading the game and I try to open it, the error message appears:

"Failed to start the game.

An error occurred on our part that caused a failure to start. Please try again later."

I would like to know if there is anything that can be done?

My Setup: 16gb ram 3200 / R5 3600x / RX 6750XT
