Lost in random Xbox series x

Heya is anyone else having issues with lost in random not getting past the loading screen on Xbox series x. Downloaded from Xbox games pass.  thanks 😊

Do you happen to have anything plugged into the USB ports on your Xbox? If so, try unplugging them and let me know if you can load into the game or not. Thanks!

I'm having the same issues game freezes at title screen I have tried everything I'm on xbox series x
