Low res issues on Xbox One

Is anyone else seeing a lot of low res graphics on the Xbox One version of the game?

On the main menu screen the smaller animated characters that come and go on screen are very low res.

During hero select, the nameplates are extremely lo res making them hard to read and make out artifacts.

Also on the pre-match line-up the heroes are low res there too.

Here's hoping there are plans to fix this!

  • Hey there, @Comixfan if you try top power cycle the console do you have still have the same issue?

    How to power cycle:
    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
      • Important Make sure that you wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn it on.

  • Did a power cycle and am still seeing the low resolution graphics in the various locations I mentioned previously.

  • I've tried it with two different monitors and 3 different HDMI cables. The results are the same.

The game is low res in the previously specified areas and also the graphics in game during gameplay are nowhere close to the sharp high resolution graphics seen in the recently released Xbox launch trailer.

I play on the Xbox One X and graphics is not good at all. Feels like the game is badly optimised and they needed to tone down the graphics a lot.
