Unable to open the door. Interaction to open the door didn't appear I tried to relaucnh my game, change apparition spot..... Impossible to play more....

I bought this game at the 50% steam discount and even discounted it's awful. I have this glitch too, wtf am I supposed to do? I've restarted to chapter 8 times. I cant progress. Whats the fix?
