Missing email and title
Those of us who participated in play testing where supposed to have access to the game at launch. I have not received the email for this and it is not in my library, is there a mod here that can help...
While I appreciate your reply, the email literally states "everyone" who played in the closed testing gets a key, and does not state any qualifications outside of that. I have not received an email in any form, so who do we talk to? Because right now, customer support sends me to you, you send me back to them. It's circular and unacceptable, some of us took time off other projects and work to make sure to attend this testing. Specifically from the email:
"We wanted to give a BIG THANK YOU for your participation in this playtest!
So as a unique token of our appreciation, everyone who played the game during this playtest will have their EA accounts gifted with the full Immortals of Aveum™ game on its release! "
So while I appreciate your time in this matter, neither team has been able to answer a direct question on who to speak with.
@gumurakttv I will reach out and see what we can do. As those codes don't come from support, we have no way to provide them to those who should. Let me do some digging around.
I understand entirely, I'm not expecting some magical fix from your team. I just want to know who to speak with, and hoping that this conversation leads to better transparency on who to speak with on these matters. As circular works for no one. Appreciate you taking the time to research something out of your teams scope.
