Mouse cursor moving instead of character's view

Summarize your bug I have a Logitech RumblePad 2, and I don't get an option to use it. Secondly, I can't look around with my mouse. All I see is the pointer moving on the screen when trying to look with my character. The "workaround" is to use the keyboard buttons instead. I have tried to reboot the game 3 times and restart origin, yet it persists.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, first time I started the game I changed some graphic settings to medium, then headed straight in to online co-op with a friend.
What happens when the bug occurs? Mouse cursor is moving instead of character view.
What do you expect to see? The character's view instead of mouse cursor.
