Do you have a controller connected to your machine?
If so shut down the computer > disconnect the controller > start the Pc > start A Way Out.
If the mouse works, reconnect the controller while A way out is running.

Community Manager@ViiTinNBr Can you ensure that you have unplugged any USB devices and then try clean booting your PC before opening the game again.
