My friend has Friend's Pass in It Takes Two and can't start the game

My name is Eylül. I bought the full version of the game, and my friend bought the friends pass. before we could enter and play the game without any problems. Yesterday I was able to enter the game again without any problems, but my friend could not enter the game. The game wouldn't open. We tried everything imaginable. deleted and reinstalled the game, deleted and reinstalled the Ea App, invited him and tried to start the game. he has friends pass. The screen stays on the “launching game” notification and won't launch the game. We also checked in Task Manager and the game won't start.
Can you help me with why the game won't start? We have been playing the game before without these problems, this is the first time this has happened. Please help😢

Can we give the following steps a try first?
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
- Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.
