Community AdminUnfortunately I don't have a way to manually change a save/address this directly.
If you matchmake to fight volatiles does that give you progress?
And this is a bit of a swing for the fences and probably won't help, but if you swap your game client to English does it have any effect? There was another unrelated issue related to languages that we observed previously, so it's worth checking if it's a factor here.
