My game won't work?

Hi, after a night i tried some different things again. I used a friends account and the Trial startet normally. Switched back to my account, game won't start.
I checked the Logs and found some Erros but don't know how to fix that. They are attached.
You used his account on your machine? Then it seems to be an account problem.
Try to contact EA directly so a game advisor can have a look at your account.
If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.

- I temporary used his account for testing the Trial Version of the game which worked for me. But I bought the game and want to use the full version of course. I contacted support yesterday and they said it's all ok with the game and origin, which is not as you can see in the logs.
Do you any idea what the problem is I have? Can't start the game...
