You used his account on your machine? Then it seems to be an account problem.
Try to contact EA directly so a game advisor can have a look at your account.
If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.

I temporary used his account for testing the Trial Version of the game which worked for me. But I bought the game and want to use the full version of course. I contacted support yesterday and they said it's all ok with the game and origin, which is not as you can see in the logs.
