Network Error 20001/20003 and EA/Steam Achievements Unavailable

I bought the game on steam. I tried all the tips from the website and youtube but no luck. I don't get any achievements on both EA app and Steam when playing the game. Cannot play multiplayer and ...

    @LiEiza It's possible, we don't have any info on how the VAC bans might effect your account.

    I would reach out to Steam support to confirm.

@EA_Illium I tried the following and the issue still continues.
My Steam account is VAC banned, is that the reason why the system doesn't allow me to connect to the server?
