@EA_Illium I’m having the same problem, been having it since launch and ive changed my password at least 8 times. I hope I don’t have any sign in problems once the error is fix. Also I’m playing on standard PS5
Delete your block list, the. In the game go to settings, look for online settings, enable online and cross play
the game disabled online for some for some reason you have to go into settings of the game and enable it
Having the same issues on Xbox. Greyed out online option. 70usd at work here as per usual EA shenanigans.
When playing the game, go to settings, scroll down to online, it will say enable disable cross play etc. ENABLE ONLINE, that’s it lmao when you first can’t connect the game disables online l, this will fix your issue!
Except the only problem with this is that the Enable Online option is grayed out and when I try to select enable is stated “this option is restricted.”
