Community AdminHi, the servers should be up and we have folks playing. To start, can you power cycle your router and try using an alternative DNS?

Yes I have tried this as well as restartingy router and modem. Please fix or I will ask for a refund
FOUND A FIX FOR PS5, working on Xbox
so neither EA or Xbox have helped me and denied my refund. Haven’t been able to play online since the trial.
HOWEVER if you go to your block player list and unblock everyone on a restart of the game you should be able to play online.
THIS ISNT A GUARANTEE I DINT WORK FOR EITHER COMPANY, just a solution myself and others have found!
