Having the same issues on Xbox. Greyed out online option. 70usd at work here as per usual EA shenanigans.
When playing the game, go to settings, scroll down to online, it will say enable disable cross play etc. ENABLE ONLINE, that’s it lmao when you first can’t connect the game disables online l, this will fix your issue!
Except the only problem with this is that the Enable Online option is grayed out and when I try to select enable is stated “this option is restricted.”
