New Game Plus - Sigils Disappeared

I’m not sure why, but after I started new game plus, and got to seren, when the time came for the lady to give the gear back, ALL my digits were just gone and they have not come back. 

utterly irritated and disappointed. Any fixes or am I just going to be uninstalling and leaving a bad review?
