I just completed it on new game + on immortal difficulty and the trophy did not pop. Pretty disappointing that this game doesn’t allow a trophy like this to be obtained in NG+ when in most other games this type of trophy would.
The trophy does work they just have the words in the wrong spots. You need to beat the game NG+ is fine on the grand magnus difficulty. I thought it was odd but that is how you get it.
