NEW MAY UPDATE WON'T DOWNLOAD

Is anyone else having trouble updating the game? I tried playing last night, however the client never requested an update after 30 minutes. After I closed the game, I repaired the client to see if that would find the new update. After that, the game finally gave me the option to update. When i tried downloading the new update, it would finalize the update then request for another update. I have tried uninstalling, clearing the cache, repairing the client, updating all of my drivers, it does not seem to allow me to properly download the new update.
