No improuvements with new patch!

Hello to all! New patch dropped but no changes in performance, no fps gain and no performance gain! Got a i7-10700 and a RTX 2070 super! I still need to put 60 fps cap for the game to work correctl...

For the record, as far as i can tell 1.0.4 on PS5 does nothing as well in terms of performance improvement.

@Juggernut531 Just for some quick clarity, the 1.004.000 patch on PS5 was focused on a relatively rare issue that was crashing players, rather than performance.
There's a small bit of info on such tweaks coming in the next patch here.
