no response after clicking play button without error message.

I clicked Play button but no response, and back to ea app and clicking play again.. and it doesn't end.. How can I solve this situation? re-installed 5 times (both ea app and wild hearts) so please ...

@EA_David Hi, have run scannow & dism. Even though scannow have found some issues and repaired these it did not help. Other games I play do not exhibit such a behaviour (and I don't recall when the last time I've seen it...).
Have ruled out several possible causes (drivers, win update, defender, third party software...) nothing seems to help.

another thing I've noticed - while the game exe file is of version 1.0.0.0 - it's library file dbdata.dll is of version 1.0.0.1

ps. i have reinstalled it once, deleted exe files so it will redownload those. no luck.

        @sstepane HI, just to swing back to the scannow, you mention it found and fixed a few issues. When this happens it's best to run it again, and see if it finds anything else. It's usually clear after one run, but it's not uncommon to see more issues be found, and that can indicate other issues.

        I apologize if you have already run it multiple times, but I wanted to check that off.
