no response after clicking play button without error message.

I clicked Play button but no response, and back to ea app and clicking play again.. and it doesn't end.. How can I solve this situation? re-installed 5 times (both ea app and wild hearts) so please ...

@halfire2016 i do like this
-click the OneDrive symbol (Bottom right in W10) and click the Cogwheel on the top left of the popup, and press settings.
-under Sync and Backup / Back up important PC folders to OneDrive click “Manage back up”
-press “Stop back up” on Desktop and Documents.

And where did you start the game from? EA or Steam? You had it both open or only steam?
