To EA_Lanna:
Question: When you go to launch the game, is there a particular error message popping up for you?
My answer: There is no any error message. After clicking "play" on Steam, EA app will pop up, after clicking "play" on EA app,
it seems that the EA app will be automatically closed or restarted, the game will not lanuch.
Question: Have you been asked to migrate over from Origin to the EA App?
My answer: No. I have only been asked about whether I allow EA app to be installed after clicking "play" on Steam.

I have already installed EA app. The problem is that the game will not launch after clicking "play" on EA app. There is no any error message.

Hi @lawrence8102,
Ok, thanks for clearing that up. Has your Steam account be linked to your EA account? If not, the game can't launch. You can double-check by going to your EA Account and Billing Settings and clicking on the Connections tab. If your Steam account is linked up, it'll be displayed there.

@EA_LannaMy Steam account is linked to my EA account. But the problem still exists.
I see that you will have a patch update next week. Or I should wait for your patch update next week?
