no response after clicking play button without error message.

I clicked Play button but no response, and back to ea app and clicking play again.. and it doesn't end.. How can I solve this situation? re-installed 5 times (both ea app and wild hearts) so please ...

@AnotherCharLatte Thanks for the update, I can pass both along. To confirm was your partner just game-sharing your version (owned copy) of Wild Hearts when it worked?

MsFinality's solution worked for me. I am able to play again. 

I deleted the contents in this highlighted folder, and no problems. multiple launches and such.
