no response after clicking play button without error message.

I clicked Play button but no response, and back to ea app and clicking play again.. and it doesn't end.. How can I solve this situation? re-installed 5 times (both ea app and wild hearts) so please ...

@AnotherCharLatte If you have a moment, could you try to run Wild Hearts without running it as admin?

Just run it from the client, and make sure under properties you don't have it saved to always run as admin and check if the game will launch now.

@EA_Illium Oh gosh, I'm sorry for the late reply, my partner was off yesterday so we got back into the game.

Yes, the game is not running with admin
