@EA_Illium On the map, the shroudfane icon itself appear green (not completed), and the door doesn't appear red as other puzzle doors which are not yet unlocked...
I tried to hit the crystal himself, but not the eyes, those eyes was hard to hit, it took me a lot of try 😉
I wonder if the problem could have occured during the chapter where you need to find Zendara in Kalthus outpost, because during this chapter all the doors on the map get locked...
Anyway, it is not a big deal, i just wanted to notify the problem, i started a ng+ and will surely found the gate open (at leat i hope... Hoping make life better)... 😉
