HELP WITH ACCOUNT

So I'm trying to get access to my original account, that I made on Xbox. I no longer have access to the email associated to the account. So, I can't update the email to an email I have access to. NOW I DONT HAVE ACCESS TO THE EMAIL BECAUSE IT WAS MADE WHEN I WAS LIKE 12. I currently play on steam because I upgraded to pc, I would love to be able to use my Xbox account for apex on steam. I have many badges and heirlooms on my Xbox account that I can't use if I want the luxury of playing on my current platform. I have spent a minimum of 2600 hours on Xbox. If you can't do anything which I'm sure you can't, I would love the help to have access to the original account. I can show that I'm logged into my Xboxes EA account, if necessary, but I am not asking for help on that account because most sites send the conversation to email... which funny enough I don't have access to.
