PC - After installation DirectX cannot be installed and give error

I had this issue right from the beginning (Win10 latest update at 20/07/2020) I had DirectX and VC redistributed pack updated but it continued to give trouble.
but actually I was able to solve it by downloading independently 

A)  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
check for  Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019

B) https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4032938/update-for-visual-c-2013-redistributable-package

 check for Update for Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable Package  - locales

Restarted the PC and completed the Rocket Arena Installation.
it ran without any further issues
