So My system is a 5900x with a 3080 in it. The Feb 21st update did nothing to resolve any of the issues but EA is about to put a DLC out for the game in March? Will the game actually be optimized for pc and also consoles by then??

No improvement from the patch on high end config.

rtx msi3080 i910850k etc etc

feels bad...
