PC Performance Optimization Feedback Request

  • OS: Windows 11
  • Processor: Intel i5-11400H
  • RAM: 16Go DDR4 3200MHz
  • GPU (including Manufacturer): Nvidia RTX 3060-Mobile (HP Victus 16 95W TDP) (Tried with and without a 200MHz overclock)
  • Driver Version: 531.41
  • Network Speed: 200MBPS Fiber (Via Wifi)
  • Storage Type and Capacity (including Manufacturer): NVME SSD 512Go (OS) + Crucial NVME 2To SSD (where the game is)
  • Refresh Rate of Display: 144hz IPS
Game
  • Current Experience while playing, please describe how the game runs for you.:  Before the "performance" update it hovered between 60 and 40 with few stutters but very unstable framerate no matter the graphical setting or resolution, now it hovers between 14 and 25. 
  • Current Preset Graphical Settings Selected: Tried all presets, no matter what GPU is at 100% usage even on the title screen, turning upscaling on did help but at the cost of SEVERE video quality
  • Resolution Selected: 1080p, 900p and 720p all hail the same results
  • Average FPS (If Known): 20
