PC Performance Optimization Feedback Request

System
  • OS: Windows 10
  • Processor: Intel i5-8600k
  • RAM: 16GB
  • GPU (including Manufacturer): NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070
  • Driver Version: 531.41
  • Network Speed: 110Mbps
  • Storage Type and Capacity (including Manufacturer): PNY CS900 500GB SSD
  • Refresh Rate of Display: 60hz
Game
  • Current Experience while playing, please describe how the game runs for you.: Was previously running between 45-60fps on low/medium settings without issues, but after the patch on the 27th its become unplayable. Constant stutters and frame drops that keep it at 10-20fps now even after decreasing settings even further.  
  • Current Preset Graphical Settings Selected: I've set everything to low/off, tried turning on upscaling and saw no noticeable changes. CPU maxes out at 100% no matter the settings.
  • Resolution Selected: 1080p, but changing to 900p or 720p have the same results
  • Average FPS (If Known): 15

    • Network Speed: 1200Mbps 100upload
    • Storage Type and Capacity (including Manufacturer): Samsun SSD (Brand New) 2tb memory
    • Refresh Rate of Display: 144hz
    Game
    • Current Experience while playing, please describe how the game runs for you.: Was previously running between 45-60fps on low/medium because going higher for some reason never could play smoothly, but after the patch on the 27th its become unplayable. Constant stutters and frame drops that keep it at 10-20fps now even after decreasing settings even further.  
    • Current Preset Graphical Settings Selected: I've now had to set everything to low/off, tried turning on upscaling and saw no noticeable changes. CPU maxes out at 100% no matter the settings.
    • Resolution Selected: 1080p, but changing to 900p or 720p have the same results
    • Average FPS (If Known): 15 now.  Wu Long uses the same engine btw but developed differently since they run smooth as ever after it took a week to patch their problems.
