PC Performance Optimization Feedback Request

  • OS: Windows 11
  • Processor: amd 7950x
  • RAM: 64GB DDR5
  • GPU evga 3080ti
  • Driver Version: 53140
  • Network Speed: 1Gig cable
  • Storage Type and Capacity samsung m.2 980 pro with heatsink
  • Refresh Rate of Display: 144 hz
Game
  • Current experience is stuttering lose of frame rates , sometimes up to 30 fps doing nothing.
  • Current Preset Graphical Settings Selected: Highest, I have tried all presets.  If I go to lower presets the stuttering actually gets worse.  Never do I go over 35% cpu utilization and never above 70 % utilization for gpu.  Yet stuttering is occurring randomly
  • Resolution Selected: 4K, 1440P, and 1080P all hail the same results
  • Average FPS (If Known): can't tell ..... jumps from 60 to as low as 14 fps sometimes when the character is not even doing anything.
  • Since last patch stuttering has become worse,  before patch I was able to maintain around 45 fps... now it jumps everywhere.
  • No background apps running except for task manager on my second window
  •
