Pefromance suddenly tanked

Been playing over 40 hours and performance on my 2080ti @ 1400p was never stella, but playable at 60 (ish) fps.

Just launched game today with no changes and it's running at 15fps in slow motion. All other games running as normal. Just when Wild Hearts cant get any worse . . .

 

I don't see any game files changed, but I did see rumorus of them patching Denuvo.
