Permament steam linked

I have my ea linked to staem i unlinked it but when i try link another 1 its says it cannot be beacause old steam account is logged i did write to steam they cant find this account can some1 change my steam please

    This simply doesnt help in the slightest my steam account was hacked and an ea account was linked but its not mine and i cant unlink it without logging into the account i dont own which isnt possible, on that website theres things to do but if i chose "unlink an ea account" it tells me to go into the settings of my current real account and unlink from there which obviously doesnt work.
