Play online is greyed out

the servers are up. other than it being greyed out? do you get an error message ?.

very odd, i haven’t  had any problems. have you tried turning online on and of in the settings menu? on the title screen ? 

Both in game and main screen are greyed out

In game at campfire abel to play online 

-1 x full freeze fichting the monkey  on second island

-Sound bug talking = 1x 

-Performance mode = crap  ( licht reflections of water = crazy )

-Lots of conection lost then loading screen freezes 

Now playing resolution mode  

Beter but not jet 100 % how ith need to be .

Is anything else happening? I cannot enable online play. When the game launches I receive a "please reset your password error and QR code, which redirects to EA help to reset a password. I did not have an EA account and nothing to reset. Once I created an EA account, this still does nothing and I am unable to link my Xbox account to EA, error messages or reset password errors always come up.

It’s because this “$70 game“ there’s a piece of dog * run by a dog * company. 

I’m on PS five and I have a wired Internet dude there’s no way I should be getting this error. It’s on them, but they refused to fix it.
