PlayStation Trophies Not Being Granted
I have seen a few threads around on PS trophies not being awarded to players after meeting all the requirements. The two I have seen the most are the following but there are more being mentioned else...

Beat the Deathstalker at Fuyufugasi Fort, then went into my trophies a couple days later and noticed it should have given me one for that. I was playing with a friend online for the mission, but it appears he didn't get it either. Would like some help because I was planning on going for the platinum trophy, but this has put a huge wrench in that plan.
