PlayStation Trophies Not Being Granted
I have seen a few threads around on PS trophies not being awarded to players after meeting all the requirements. The two I have seen the most are the following but there are more being mentioned else...

Are you getting an error message? No
Did you complete it in a solo or multiplayer game session? Solo & MP (collected some in MP sessions)
Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? February 20 & February 25
Is anything else happening? No
What troubleshooting have you tried?
I've created a new save file and collected all Tsukumo again, no trophy popped.
This time I've collectd them only in offline sessions.
